  1. The first month is DISAPPOINTING because we start you off at a low dose to avoid side effects. But remember, the dose does go up each month so the appetite suppression will get stronger and you will have MORE WEIGHT LOSS each consecutive month.
  2. Watch all videos and follow the food guide. Remember carbs and sugar INCREASE hunger. Also take 5000 IU of Vitamin D daily.
  3. Keep syringes in the refrigerator. Injection site is abdomen or thighs, once a week, same day. Time of day does not matter. 
  4. 5-7 pounds of fat loss per month is preferred, so you don’t lose muscle mass. To lose 1 pound of fat, you have to burn AN EXTRA 3,500 calories, so it takes time. Eat 1,000 calories per day.
  5. For constipation use sugar free FIBER gummy bears on Amazon or available at most pharmacies.

  7. It is okay if the ice is melted in the package. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are very stable at room temperature.
