Karlie Kloss is a supermodel and entrepreneur who knows a thing or three about vegan baking. So how does this international woman of mystery maintain her fit physique? She recently talked to Women’s Health about how she stays in excellent shape. Use her tips from the interview and past Q&As to inspire your Phentermine 37.5mg regimen!
Eat Healthy But Allow For Indulgences
“I’m pretty healthy most of the time…I eat a lot of fish, a lot of vegetables,” she says. “I really like to cook with really clean, fresh ingredients. I think during crunch time, I’m usually a little more careful about the sweets. I have a serious sweet tooth…I started a cookie line because I have that much of a sweet tooth. But you still gotta indulge and enjoy life.”
Make Your Workouts Fun
“I love to dance,” she says. “There’s nothing more gratifying than a good sweat.”
“No matter how many times I’ve walked the runway show, I always sort of get that adrenaline leading up to it and just before,” she added. “All of the nerves or [if I’m] feeling a bit anxious or feeling tired, the best way to combat that, really, in my opinion, is by breaking a good sweat. It’s the best therapy.”
Exercise With A Friend…And Don’t Forget To Challenge Yourself
“I actually take ballet with friends whenever we can coordinate schedules! Going with a friend makes it more fun,” Kloss has said. “I like to switch it up. I think that’s the best way to really challenge your body and to become stronger in every way. That said, I think it’s so important that your workout routine is not dependent on someone else’s schedule. For me, exercise is an opportunity to get away from everything and focus on myself. It keeps me centered, and it’s the one or so hour in my day when I can clear my mind and just focus on movement.”
Fuel Your Body
“It’s so important to nurture your body, especially when you’re exercising and moving constantly. Your body needs fuel to stay healthy and strong. Nothing can substitute for a balanced diet.”
