3 Post-Labor Day Weight Loss Resolutions

September is a great time to start or improve a weight loss regimen. Many see Labor Day as the end of the season despite summer lasting a few more weeks, and use it as a time to make changes and stick to assorted goals. Drink more water every day to boost your metabolism and avoid dehydration among many other health benefits. Aim for 1 gallon of water per day, and always drink at least one glass about half an hour before you eat. Water curbs hunger pangs and helps you feel full. And since thirst is often mistaken for hunger, the more water you drink the less likely you are to make poor food choices.
