Resolution #1: I Will Drink More Water
Hydration is key to health and helps you maintain your weight. Drinking a glass of water about 20 minutes before a meal keeps you from overeating, for example. Sufficient hydration also prevents binge eating because hunger is often confused with thirst.
Resolution #2: I Will Stay Active
You don’t have to formally exercise every day to stay fit. Resolution #4: I Will Get Enough Sleep
Sleep is when the body rests and repairs itself. It is also when it releases certain hormones that contribute to appetite regulation. When you do not get enough sleep, these hormones are disrupted and you tend to make poor food choices. Commit to getting between 7 and 8 hours of sleep a night as much as possible to help feel and look good.
