Should you not want to give up alcohol, opt for moderation and drinks cut with seltzers, fruit, or herbal infusions. They contain less alcohol and therefore fewer calories.
Take Advantage of Fresh Produce
Enjoy eating with the seasons by purchasing low-calorie, high-fiber produce at local farmers’ markets. There’s lots of fruits and veggies to select from, all of which help you consume more nutrient-dense whole foods. You don’t have to cut out animal products; however, eating them in moderation is best.
“Plants should have the starring role of your diet, with animal products being the supporting cast,” says Taub-Dix.
